Hi jayashree
For doing Mtech you must have master degree except Btech.Btech is the only bachelor degree which provides option for Mtech other wise you must do MCA or Mscit or Msc CS if you are a bachelor degree holder excluding Btech.
in short if you are a Btech degree holder then you can do Mtech directly otherwise you need Master degree.
