IITs do not do not have any religion based reservation of seats. Seats are reserved for SC, ST, OBC, physically challenged and wards of servicemen who have lost life during service.

No, I would say no. You can take psychology as a subject in graduation and then pursue Masters degree in that. A PG can be done in a subject which had been studies in Bachelors degree. You can still check with the institutions around.

Why do not you apply for job in Indian Defense services or Paramilitary Services as a Commissioned Officer. You may also evaluate joining private sector as apprentice, electrical or electronics engineer.
