Government medical colleges like AIIMS and Maulana Azad Medical College have lower fees but require high NEET scores, while private colleges like Kasturba Medical College and SRM Medical College are also options. Deemed universities like Amrita Institute and JSS Academy also offer MBBS based on NEET scores. In most cases, having math as a subject in 12th grade is required for admission to a B.Tech program, especially in Computer Science. Mathematics forms the foundation for many concepts in computer science, and universities typically require it as a prerequisite.

However, some private universities or specialized programs may have flexible entry criteria, offering foundation or bridge courses in mathematics for students who didn't take it in high school. It's best to check directly with the universities or colleges you're considering to see if they offer such options.
