Dear Gaurav, As per the new transfer policy of the state government released on Friday 03 dec2011, female primary teachers seeking transfer after marriage will now get preference, followed by women teachers asking for transfer to other than their home districts and those who want posting in their home districts. According to state government officials, while teachers already on the job can apply for transfer under the new policy by December 31.
