Hi,
Every university has its own course specific eligibility criteria, in order to pursue undergraduate course from university in UAE, you need to have:
12 years of education with good academic record. A-level IGCSE is recognized education board and most of the universities accepts it, how ever it would be always advisable to refer the university home page to get the complete information regarding the eligibility criteria.
