The three major differences between CVs and resumes are the length, the purpose and the layout. A resume is a brief summary of your skills and experience over one or two pages, a CV is more detailed and can stretch well beyond two pages. Nisarga,
For University of Rochester MS IN Computer Science, requires a 4 yr graduation in a related field. You have to take GRE and TOEFL and score well.
For GRE score above 300
TOEFL score above 100
You will need a statement of purpose why you would want to pursue MS in CS from Rochester University.
Letters of recommendations.
Scholarships are available but they are very competitive to get.
You will need to show exemplary performance in your test scores as well as good competency in your grades.
