NIMT Siddhant

Contributor-Level 6

Dear Wasim, The BEd course requires you to give the state level entrance exam. After you have given the entrance exam, the admission is given through counselling conducted by the university. Your selection is based on the score you get in the exam. You will have to separately apply to the college - NIMT through an application (can be submitted online on www.nimt.ac.in for Rs 750). I hope this solves your query. Thanks and all the best.

PGDM is post graduate diploma in management and MBA is Masters in Business Administration. You receive a degree certificate from the university under which you have compelted your MBA under AIU affiliation. Whereas, in PGDM, you received a diploma certification from the institute approved under AICTE/AIU affiliation. Comparatively, PGDM is better as the course is competitive, upgrdaded and prepares you to get ready for a real challenging job world. Wehereas, MBA course curriculum is conventional where upgradation of course is very rare depending upon the university guidelines.

You can also consider Asia Pacific Institute of Management. I just got to know that their are starting with their GDPI round in Delhi on 14th December. You can refer to their website for more details. I found out that the institute has intellectual capital of 38 core faculty members among whom mostly are PhDs. The institute is 18 years old and in Jasola, New Delhi. They have got AICTE/AIU approval for their PGDM/MBA courses.
