BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BMS stands for Bachelor of Management Studies. Both are management courses. BMS course concentrates on analytical and logical oriented studies, while BBA course concentrates on core studies. Both the graduates of BBA and BMS can take up MBA after completion of the under graduation course. BBA degree gives more preference as compared to BMS degree. Since you want to go for MBA, so BBA is better course for you to pursue.

Thus, It would be right if you decide what you should do and what will be best for you because you are the right person to make that decision. We as experts, can only guide and assist you with the same.

Yes, MIT SOB gives its student good opportunities in participating in extra curricular activities like sports. We do have a sports club in our college, which is one of the active clubs.
