Here is the basic eligibility for pursuing B.Arch:
Aspirant must have passed 10+2 with PCM from a Recognized board.
All application for B.Arch. course including NRI / Foreign Nationals should write the Aptitude test conducted by Council of Architecture (NATA) and the score should not be less than 80 out of 200.

Most of the universities have a norm of completing graduation degree within six years of admission enrollment. I suggest you to contact your university admission office in this case and get the clarity now on how to continue your degree (if they have a similar norm for bachelors program).
