After completing B.pharmacy, you can opt for:
M.pharma.
Masters in clinical research etc.
Both of these courses have good career prospects and offers growth opportunities.
Both of these courses have good scope in India and globally, how ever please remember getting jobs abroad, is very competitive, as you need to compete with the natives of that country first, and then with the remaining international candidates, but if you full fill the eligibility criteria for a particular job, then you can get the job.

In order to practice as dentist in foreign countries, you need to first of all get register with Dental council of the country where you wish to practice.
The dental council in most of the countries conducts the qualifying exam for the foreign trained dentist, only if the candidates clears this test, they are allowed to practice.
