Well Pooja, you can proceed to do PhD in Management. Alternatively you can appear in UGC NET exam in any of your graduation level subjects. Adn if you clear this exam then you are eligible for becoming a Lecturer anywhere in India. Similarly at state level there is SET exam for being eligible for lecturership in a state college.
