If you are interested in MSc and other related courses, you should try IIT JAM exam. IIT JAM exam is organized for the admission into MSc, PhD and other integrated courses into IITs, IIScs and NIT institutes.
The candidates who have completed the graduation degree are eligible to apply for the IIT JAM exam, It is held in six subjects physics, chemistry, mathematics, geology, mathematical statistics and bio technology subjects.
The candidates must have the subject in their graduation degree for 3 years of six sem for which he is going to apply.

As you have completed the BSc in bio technology you are eligible to apply for the same. the IIT JAM exam is held in February and the application form released in Oct-Nov month.
After qualifying the IIT JAM exam, you will get admission based on the counseling process. For private institutes, you should read the complete notification first.

B. Des is four years of duration course and the admission in B. Des is based on an entrance exam. While B.Sc Animation is three years of duration course and the admission is based on marks obtained in the qualifying exam (10+2).
