If you wish to pursue the degree just for gaining knowledge, you can go ahead with distance degree.
But if you wish to practice as a lawyer, then the part time education might not allow you for the same as per the rules of Bar Council of India.

-Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in engineering, biological science, physical science, or mathematics.
- Should be a citizen of India

if u want admission under management quota in any college u need to wait until comman admission finish.
but before that u can fiill up your form only with request letter of "MANAGEMENT QUOTA".
and submit in main office.
