It is not possible to do MBA after 12th, as it is a Post Graduate course, and can be done only after a graduation course. However, you can go for an integrated MBA course of 5 years, directly after 12th.
Choosing between finance and business(Commerce) is your own choice , which depends upon your interest and aptitude. See your interest from a the long term perspective.In a business management course, you can study both.
