Hi Trina,
The GMAT (Graduate Management Admission Test) is the only standardized test which is specifically designed for admission to management programs offered by business schools in the US and in many other countries across the world. Hi Surya,The PGDM courses offered at Sri Balaji Society are very intensive full time programmes. Hence, pursuing any course at Sri Balaji Society alongside a job is not possible. Also, if I may add, no full time PGDM course offered by any reputed college would have this kind of a facility. Thus, I would suggest that you apply to a one year fulltime executive PGDM programme or look for a part time/correspondence masters course if you wish to continue with your job alongside your masters. Unfortunately Sri Balaji Society does not provide any such course as of now.
The following links might be of some assistance to you.

Hi Ankita,
Sri Balaji Society believes in 3 principles - Dedication , Determination and Discipline. All the 3 elements are elemental to be a part of any post graduate course. The reason the society is strict with students is because we believe that missing college is seriously detrimental to the student's knowledge. However, every day's schedule (though hectic) will add majorly to your experience and understanding of the subject.

There is some weightage to the academics but it is not the only criteria. Here, there are CAT score, work experience, GD and PI which mean a lot apart from academics. So, one need not worry about the academics part and should appear for the admission process.

IIM Rohtak does not have a GD. WAT and PI are conducted by 6 IIMs together for admission process.
WAT is written ability test, where candidates are supposed to write an essay in about 300-500 words in 15-20 mins on a given topic. The topic can range from abstract to current affairs.
In PI, you can be asked anything regarding your educational background, work experience if any, current affairs, and general questions like why mba? your career objectives etc.
