Education Ministry of India has announced that Boards will conduct Board exams twice a year from the academic session 2025-26 and that students will be allowed to retain the best score. However, Karnataka is yet to release any official notification in this regard. Karnataka education board is all set to remove the concept of supplementary exams for 2nd PUC (Class 12). Instead, the Karnataka Board has decided to introduce three annual examinations namely Exam 1, Exam 2 and Exam 3 for Karnataka 2nd PUC exams.
