Candidates who wish to take admission to the BTech programme offered by any of the affiliated institution of Bhabha University must meet the minimum eligibility requirement set up by the University. Bhabha University also offers admission to the BTech programme thrugh lateral entry for which, candidate must have passed a regular three-year Engineering Diploma programme examination in appropriate branch of Engineering or Technology from AICTE or UGC recognised institute or must have passed BSc degree examination with Mathematics at Class 12 and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates from Madhya Pradesh) in the qualifying examination.

Bhabha University BTech admission is entirely based on rank obtained by candidates in the entrance examination. In order to take admission to the BTech programme in one of the affiliated colleges of Bhabha University, candidates must appear for JEE Main. The University does not offer direct admission to the BTech programme. To take admission to the BPharma programme at Bhabha University, candidate must have passed the Class 12 examination with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one subject from Mathematics/ Biotechnology/Biology subject and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates from Madhya Pradesh) in the qualifying examination. 

Bhabha University BPharma admission can also be made through lateral entry for which candidate must have passed a regular two-year Diploma programme examination in Pharmacy from an institution or University recognised by AICTE/ UGC and must have obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ ST/ OBC category candidates of Madhya Pradesh) in the qualifying examination.
