MBA is a holistic course which deals with management aspects, the major specialization in MBA are:
Finance.
Marketing.
Human resources.
Operations management.
In order to pursue MBA you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 50% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Plus you need to appear in various management entrance tests like: CAT, MAT,XAT,SNAP,etc.

After completion of BBA you can apply for MBA in SMU-DE. SMU-DE is recognised by UGC, DEC and Ministry of HRD. Hence the degree offered is credible. Supriya, according to me it would be better for you to drop a year for the preparation of PMT as CRASH/CAPSULE courses are merely REVISION tools, if you haven't gone through the whole preparation phase then you'll not able to do any miracle just on the basis of any CRASH course. So, you should drop. But But But! Only if you're:
-having good confidence level
-good at understanding concept
-good at reasoning
-can manage the things during dropped year
And please don't opt to drop if you're:
-not sure of outcome
-not sure whether the circumstances would allow you completely to prepare freely and comfortably
