Please remember the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two research publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
So as per your query I would suggest you to:
1. Shortlist the universities where you wish to apply.
2. Once shortlisted you may then contact the admission department of these universities to know the exact eligibility criteria for admission.
3. If you meet the eligibility criteria you may then apply accordingly.

I suggest that for making a career in Management you must take subjects which also enhances your value technically. For this it is important that you do your graduation in subjects related to the field in which you want to make your career. Management career can be persued in any field. Say, if you want to be in the corporate sector and if you think you are good at Marketing then it is better to choose commerce, economics or finance related subjects in the college and then do MBA through regular mode of education form a premuier institute. Select you subjects for graduation in this way and then finally do MBA, this is what I suggest Manoj.
