Hi,
Please remember the eligibility criteria for Ph.D varies for every institute. However the basic requirement is a masters degree or an equivalent degree in the relevant discipline.
However the cut off percentages vary. Some of the institutes conduct entrance exams and some of them require atleast two research publications for the Ph.D programs. Some also require work experience of a couple of years.
So as per your query I would suggest you to:

I suggest that for making a career in Management you must take subjects which also enhances your value technically. For this it is important that you do your graduation in subjects related to the field in which you want to make your career. Management career can be persued in any field.
