As far as job is concerned MMS or PGDBM doesn't matter, if you have to go out of India and further study them you should be doing MMS only because PGDBM is not considered as a post graduate degree. MMS is a degree and PGDBM is a diploma.there's no difference in teaching as far as both are considered. All the best
