Merely completing MBA doesn't entitle someone to become the manager of a company. Everyone starts from the lowest job role being provided in a company. It requires a lot of experience to become a manager in a Multi-National Company. Your experience, decision taking skills, understanding of the company policies and work structure, adaptability to tough situations, handling difficult situations matter.

Of course, you can. However, I fail to understand why do you want to do your B.Tech from IIT if your ultimate aim is to become a host with Fox Traveler. I mean you have your career plan quite sorted so why the additional effort of an engineering student. You can do your Bachelors in mass communication, learn a few foreign languages, learn production etc. Anyways it's your choice. But yes, you can pursue your desired course. Take part in events and activities during your college days and demonstrate your skill from now onwards.

Definitely. If you are not ready then you can always spare one year for concentrated studies of JEE Mains and then Advanced. There are plenty of examples of success stories following this path.
Best wishes.
