Once you complete a Bachelors degree, you are considered a graduate. When you complete a Master degree, you are considered a post-graduate. As per the details you have provided, you became a graduate when you completed pursuing Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) and you became a post-graduate when you completed Master of Computer Applications (MCA).

Yes, you can pursue LLB as a regular degree and MBA through part time or distance mode, but from 2 different universities. Your both the degrees will be valid and applicable for further education and job too.

Don't get too fascinated with "ethical hacker" as they show in movies. Hackers mean "thieves". No company would hire a thief to steal other company's data as that could land them in serious legal trouble. Further, hacking requires a deep knowledge of computer programming and the functioning of computer and networks.
What I would rather recommend you is go for security specialist professionals. These jobs are highly payable and in high demand as most companies need them to protect their own data.

Admissions into German universities are highly competitive. Very high academic grades, SOP, LOR, project work, internship, research work etc. will be considered. Your academics seem to be good. You must also take the IELTS. Check the university or DAAD website if the program you are applying to is taught in English or German. Accordingly, you must learn the German language. Diploma in Engineering prepares an individual for an entry level job. Therefore, either you can get into a job or if you wish to elevate your career further, you can join an engineering college to pursue a degree in Engineering.
