National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) conducts Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) each year to offer admission to aspirants in hospitality and hotel administration programmes. NCHMCT is an autonomous body under the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India. NCHMCT was established in 1982. By clearing NCHMCT JEE 2018, candidates can secure admission in 21 Central Institutes of Hotel Management, 22 State Government Institutes of Hotel Management, onePublic Sector Undertakingand 14 Private Institutes Hotel Management affiliated with NCHMCT. Apart from this, a total of 12 Food Craft Institutes, 2 SIHMs (running only Diploma level programme). All these colleges offer standardised course curriculum as prescribed by NCHMCT for the various programmes that they offer. Talking about the courses offered by the colleges, the official website of NCHMCT states: Through the Council, these institutes offer 10 different professional programmes leading to award of Certificate, Diploma, Post Graduate Diploma, Bachelor and Master Degree. The B.Sc. And M.Sc. Programmes are offered in collaboration with Indira Gandhi National Open University IGNOU.

First clear as to which course you want to get admission into. JEECE 2018 eligibility criteria related to academics/age for appearing in JEECE 2018:
Candidates should have passed I. Sc /10 + 2 or equivalent with physics, chemistry and mathematics as compulsory subjects. General category candidates should have secured 45% aggregate marks in Physics, chemistry and mathematics, while reserved category candidates must score 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination. There is no age limit for appearing in JEECE 2018 for B.Tech admissions. Candidates appearing for I. Sc. /10+2 or equivalent examination in the year 2018 are also eligible to apply for the entrance test, however, such candidates must pass before the date of JEECE 2018 counselling.

For admissions to the UG, PG and Ph.D programmes offered by Chandra Shekhar Azad University of Agriculture and Technology, candidates are shortlisted through Uttar Pradesh Combined Agriculture and Technology Entrance Test (UP-CATET) 2017, conducted by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel University of Agriculture and Technology.
Note:Only Uttar Pradesh State Domicile candidates are eligible for appearing in all courses except MBA (Agri. Business) through UP-CATET 2017. However, in the MBA program, the candidates from other states may also apply.
Key Points regarding UPCATET 2017:
For UG and PG programmes, the entrance examination comprises of 200 objective type MCQs to be answered within a time duration of three hours (180 minutes)
In case of Ph.D programme, the test shall be of two hours (120 minutes) duration consisting of 100 objective type MCQs carrying 300 marks
Final admission of the students will be done based on the cut-off percentage of marks. For General & OBC category candidates, the cut-off percentage marks in UPCATET is 20% whereas for SC & ST candidates, the minimum required aggregate is 10%
Students will be allotted seats according to their rank in the merit list based on the entrance examination scores
As per the candidates rank in the merit list, students will be intimated for counselling. The counselling letters should be downloaded from the official examination website
Candidates should report at the counselling centre as per the given schedule along with the relevant documents and required.

You have score low percentage of marks in Bachelor degree. To apply for CAT Examination you should score Minimum 50% percentage of marks. But you're eligible to apply for MAT Examination. There is no Minimum Percentage of marks require for MAT Examination, You may eligible to apply for MAT Examination. To apply for MAT Examination you should complete Bachelor degree with Pass marks. Final year candidate may also eligible to apply for this Examination.
