Yes, you can go for Banking job. It only needs to be 12th pass no matter from which Stream. But, I strongly recommend you to complete your Bachelor course from any field and then prepare for the exam fro banking jobs.

No, there is no need to appear for entrance exam.
All the postgraduate programmes have 2 years durations except M.Sc in applied of mathematics, that has 4 years of duration.The programmes at postgraduate level need no entrance exam. The candidates will be selected as per their obtained marks in 10+2 level tests or on the basis of merit.
The university offers 5% marks relaxations for SC/ST category in all the PG programmes except PG Diploma.

The jump from the level of Science you study in class 10th to the level of Science you study in class 11th is massive. That is the sole reason why the Science stream subjects seems to be daunting. When it comes to physics, it is a subject, which is purely based on concept. Once you start getting a hold on the subject matter of physics, it seems pretty easy.
