IHMs are the leading places that everyone craves for and prepares well. It is not impossible but the focus on the basic things that they ask is must for anyone.
NCHMCT-JEE is the criteria that they ask for. You score shall matter a lot in addition to the 77.4 that you are mentioning.
http://nchm.nic.in/ has the details to make you apply. I fear that the last date was in March.

You can and you should. Most of the people do it simultaneously, thereby saving precious 3 years. The strain might be a bit high in doing both together. Then rewards are high too. CS a professional course and B.Com, graduation, both can be completed simultaneously.
