Well the eligibility criteria varies. For immediate help, register yourself with various job portals like Naukri, Times Jobs, Monster, etc. and also constantly go through Employment News.
Also there are various parameters that define your candidature for jobs in Software companies such as education, soft skills, confidence, team spirit, etc.
Would advice you to keep applying and sit for interviews even if the company is not big. You have to start from somewhere so why not small.
