Please remember if you are pursuing 15 years degree i.e 10+2+3 in that case UK would be the best study destination to pursue masters degree, as in order to pursue masters degree from universities in US you need to have 16 years of education i.e. 10+2+4.

It's not about passing or failing since after a few attempts you'd be able to clear it, but it seems that you're not in love with the engineering field and the drive to learn is not there. Also, since you posted this under animation, may i assume that you're looking at this as a career option. First, I would say that do not worry over lost time, since a lot of successful people started late including some students i see at Arena Chandigarh. However, once here i have seen people forget their past and forge ahead in their careers confidently. A good mentor and wise selection of courses with a good school, followed by diligent learning, would get you a head start in your career. However, you must check your suitability for this field. Animation is an art form and a very demanding career. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website.
