From the subjects you mentioned you must figure out which interests you the most. Machines or Softwares? Mechanical Engineering is the branch which includes maximum subjects you are interested in. You may consider an MBA after your B.Tech. Plan your career wisely and don't end up like Jack of All, Master of None. All the best for your future.

No, you cannot study B.Ed in distance mode from Lovely Professional University.
B.Ed is a professional course regulated by NCTE, which requires regular classes, teaching practice, and school internships, so it is offered only in regular mode. Like most recognized universities, LPU follows these guidelines and provides proper practical training through its regular B.Ed program.
