The cutoff score for admission into CSE is around 5000. So it will be difficult for you to get admission into CSE. You may try for other branches available. Attend the counselling.

Hi,
Yes, you can go for law degree after your HSC, if you want to become lawyer after class 12th, then you can go for some integrated degree like BA + LLB Hons. or BA + LLB Hons. or B.Com+ LLB Hons, depending on your interest. Eligibility for all of these degrees in most of the top universities is to pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 and you might have to clear some entrance test. (depending upon the university you want to take admission in.)

You are eligible to take admission in MIT Pune but getting a seat in CSE is doubtful as it depends on multiple factors like number of students applying for it or the cutoff.
