Sorry to say, but you haven't cleared the JEE Mains required cut-off. So there is no way to get admission in College of Engineering Pune.
You may get admission in any private college on the basis of class 12th percentage.

Hello! If you want to pursue MBA from IIM then you need to appear for CAT exam that is conducted by Iims. You need to score good marks in CAT exam to get a call from Iims also you need to perform well in their GDPI round

It depends on various factors. The name of NIT is way better than that of SASTRA. But if distance is a factor, SASTRA is a great college any day.
The college doesn't always matter. It's what you learn from it that does.
