You can opt for M.Sc (Aviation) and if you want to go in research field then go for Ph.D. You can also pursue MBA in aviation management if you are interested in a managerial course.

Jain University is average for pursuing B.Tech.
Its only good for pursuing management courses.

There is very less chances to get in JSS but you can try in any other college or KIET. I am sure that you can get mechanical.
