Not in the main campus, but maybe in other campuses. Trends are different every time and you need to attend the counselling to check.

Hi there,
No admission form. It is only through JOSAA. When the portal opens, you have to select which branches of which colleges you are applying for. You can set the priority of your choices by arranging them linearly with topmost choice of higher preference. You have to select the choices before a stipulated time. After locking of choices, based on your rank you will start getting your college from your choice list. If you are not satisfied, you can wait for subsequent rounds so that an upgrade of choice can occur. Once you get a seat and you are satisfied you have to report to the nearest centre to finalize your seat.

Hi Rahul!
I would not suggest you to pursue a practical intensive course like event management through distance learning mode. You cannot learn the nuances of event management through distance learning. If you really want to pursue the course, kindly go for a regular course. Also, I am afraid there is no government college that offers this course in India. You can see the list of top event management colleges here https://www.shiksha.com/articles/top-5-event-management-colleges-in-india-blogId-11139.

In my opinion, opting, Haldia Institute of Technology(HIM) won't be a good option for you. I would recommend you to give one more chance and try to get a good B school or try to take admission in a management oriented institute. Anyways it's your call. Now coming to your question placements and faculties are good. Average package ranges from 2.53.2. As the batch strength is low there won't are many problems to a get campus or off-campus placements.
