You need to clear the backlog first then only you can think of taking admission in some other college for the second year.

As you have scored 87 percentile in JEE Mains exam and your rank in ST category is 18991, you are eligible to take admission in this college. However, you need to participate in the counselling process wisely and smartly and wait till the last round of the counselling process.

Either you have to complete the backlog and get degree or you have to start another degree by getting admission in another college. If you want to go for PG, it's not possible as you didn't clear your degree. So, I suggest you to stay in the same college and clear the backlogs.

The university offers M.Phil programme. It does not specifically offer M.Phil in philosophy.
