For career as software engineer either you can go for B.Tech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or Information Technology. You must sit for JEE Mains and if qualified for sit for JEE-Advanced. Based on JEE score and 12th percentage you can get admission in IITs/NITs/IIITs or other top engineering institutes of India. If you have already given JEE-Mains this year, you can enroll for admission through Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JOSAA). Counselling starts in month of June.
