it totally depends on your diploma
if you had completed your diploma after your 12th then you are eligible for pg in hm along with that it also matter from which institute you had completed your diploma course
bcoz some of the 3yr diploma's after 12th is equivalent to degree
and if you had completed your diploma after 10th then you cant opt for pg in hm

yes it would be beneficial for you but the thing which you have to keep in mind is do this course only from IATA recognized institute
you can start from a certificate course or you can also opt for a diploma and degree course as well
