HI Amarbir, Australian High Commission normally does not call for interviews. As you have been called, this means there was some insufficiency in your visa file. Hence, you need to look into the refusal letter and see the reasons specified. If you have documents with amendments then you can file again, else there is no point in refiling for the same visa. If you do not want to wait, then you can consider applying to UK where the visa formalities and documentation is simpler.
