Thanks, Manmeet for inviting me to answer . From the official site of the cmj University it is learnt that as per UGC regulation,2003 act cmj as a state private University have been empowered to award degree through it's main campus. It is clear that their activity has been restricted within the state of Meghalaya only as a stat private University. Hence writing exam from other state for B.Tech or any Degree from cmj is not possible. Best wishes.
