Hi Trilochan, You have chosen to go for the most prestigious JOB's in India. Please know that if you are 100% determined by getting into UPSC. keep your first option as B.Sc physics. It will allow you extra time to prepare for your your Preliminary and Mains. The syllabus is vast and you need to start dedicating at least 4 to 6 hours depending on your strength. Physics could be 1 of your subjects for mains too. So you need to choose 1 more subject that's of your interest and start working on it right away.

You are not eligible with 16% in MAT. As per past trends- In case you have 60 percentile in MAT of 50 percentile in CAT you are likely to be shortlisted for GD/PI.
However, the final cut offs for GD/PI are drawn based on the number of applications received in each round and thus we cannot say for sure at this stage about you making it in the merit.

Chinmay Autonomous Institute offers DIPLOMA/PG Diploma. They don't offer any Degree or PG degree, but these are equivalent to universities degree. one year Diploma is not equivalent to Graduate degree, but you will get an advantage if you have both Bechlor Degree and Diploma in Management.
