Hi,
BBA stands for Bachelor of Business Administration and BMS stands for Bachelor Management Studies.
Both these courses are taught in different management schools and some schools give the name as BBA and some as BMS.
Some other institutes give it the name Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and some other Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration.
Therefore, BBA and BMS has more or less the same syllabus, so you may consider pursuing any of these course.
Some of the subjects covered under BBA or BMS are:
- Business Organization
- Marketing Management.
- Financial Management.
- International Business.
- Business Law
- Human Reso

As per your query it seems that your long term goal is to pursue MBA, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in ANY FIELD with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, you may consider pursuing any course at undergraduate level as per your interest and liking.
