As per your query, it seems that you completed your class 10, and selected commerce stream, so once you complete 12with commerce stream you may consider pursuing:
- B.com.
- BBA, etc.
As your your long term goal is to pursue MBA, then please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program from India you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, please remember in order to pursue MBA from good universities in Australia , you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
Besides work experience you also need to have very good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation, plus you need to take below mentioned test:
1. GMAT.
2. IELTS.
So, as per your profile, I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opt for MBA in India or Australia.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission in India.
Finally if you work for some years then you may yourself manage the expenses for your further studies.

10+2 with PCM (Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics) is the basic requirement to take admission in Engineering program. Percentage required in qualifying exam is 50% and JEE Mains for most of the engineering institutes. However required percentage criteria depend on college. IITs consider JEE Advance.
Diploma holders are also eligible to take admission, in the second year of the course. They must have done their Diploma after class 10th with min 50% and they need to qualify LEET. In some cases candidates having bachelor degree in science are also eligible.
Direct Admission- Engineering institutes which offer direct admission have certain criteria for admission. Either they offer admission on the basis of merit in qualifying exam i.e. 10+2 or equivalent or there are some management seats reserved in private engineering colleges.
Entrance Exams- There are several entrance exams in India at national and state level among them JEE Main is the most sought after engineering entrance test. Some private institutes like BITS Pilani, VIT , LPU University etc conduct their separate entrance test.
