Hi Amrita,
The candidate must have passed 3-year LLB or Integrated 5-year LLB with at least 45% marks in aggregate for being eligible to apply under LLM.
The selection of the courses will be based on the Entrance test conducted by Alia University under AUAT-2018. Date of Examination will be somewhere in the first week of July 2018.

Instead of government, I believe that you must try in privately or jointly run medical colleges. Though the privately run colleges have quite high fees, starting from 4 LPA (tuition fees) in a common scenario. Still chances are very less. So I'd suggest you try to go with the idea that you must do better next year.

After the result announcement, the counselling process will be started after one week. TS ECET Counselling 2018 will begin from the first week of June 2018. The admission will be provided purely on the basis of the marks obtained by the candidates in the examination. On the basis of obtained marks a rank will be assigned to the each candidate and the combined merit list will be prepared afterwards. The admission for the 85% of seats will be reserved for the candidates belong to TS/Andhra Pradesh state and 15% seats will be open to all other candidates. Mithibhai
And the list goes on
If you want to take admission for junior college or degree just go and visit the college you wish to join, but remember your choice is not enough to GET admission but also your merit. From the past few years admissions are online, so you will have to do it online.
