Hello Aditya, It depends on the college only. If the college accepts JEE scores only, then they won't give Weightage to your MH-CET scores and vice versa. Some colleges might also accept both the scores and a few would have some percentage of seats reserved for each of the exams.

First of all congratulation, as you are moving forward in your life, coming towards the question, if you are a very good commerce student, and can follow mathematics as well then B.Com is fine and in BBA, if you want to do MBA in future, then go for BBA.
