Hi Shubham,
It is difficult to give any concrete information to you about the girls colleges providing integrated degree of B.Com LLB, moreover most of the top rung Law Colleges will give you B.A LLB degree, there are relatively very few Institutes giving B.Com LLB. However, few of the names which I could suggest that are providing B.Com LLB are: Amity Law College, Teerthanker Mahaveer College of Law & Legal Studies Moradabad, Nirma University, etc.
Hope my answer has helped you in resolving your query. Do Rate this answer, So that others can also take benefit of your Opinion.

I think it would be unfair to compare these entirely two different courses which reflects two different careers one which has a Biology as a background and the other which is highly based on Maths and Physics as the subjects.
Hence, before choosing any particular course, I would advise you to analyze your subject of interest and accordingly go further.
As for the career scope is concerned, both the courses are seen as one of the well established career opportunities and offer ample of jobs in varied sectors and industries.
