Hi Venkata, once you have completed MBA you can start working. Apply for some managerial posts at some reputed companies. Before applying for any company check out company profile and get to know about it. This will help you in shortlisting companies that you are interested in.
Gain work experience of few years and then when you feel you need to enhance your knowledge go for a course that gives you necessary upgradation in terms of knowledge and the one that would benefit you to climb up the career ladder.

Although, it would be appreciated that if you do your home work on your own, but just to help you bit, Industrialization had both negative and positive effects on Agriculture, before industrialization agriculture was the only means to earn the livelihood so all the source of income was through agriculture and not only human beings but animals were also used in farming which was the only source of their survival, however, as the era after industrialization had seen large number of people moving out of villages, more and more cities were constructed due to which on one hand there was tremendous increase in employment but on the other hand it gave berth to various sir borne& water borne diseases. Similarly, instead of using man power the new tools like tractor came into picture and so on and so forth. For more information I would suggest you to read few of the good articles on public portals like Google which will give you fairly detailed answer to your question.
