It all depend upon ur interest. You are having both the options. If ur score in 12 th standard is good u should certainly go for Engg. Next time appear for JEE and if u get good score than u certainly go for the top IIT's or NIT's. Otherwise u can also get good scholarship in the best institutes which also provide quality education. There are certain colleges in India having NCC. First of all if ur rank is very good ur first preference should be to opt for the top level IIT's and NIT's. Otherwise on the basis of ur 12 th merit u can also get scholarship in certain good institutes. Some of them are Nehru College of Engg, Vivekananda Institute of Tech, MB Patel Science College, Lovely Professional university.
By opting NCC u can get special advantage in getting jobs in govt as well as private sector.

As ur score in 12th exam is very good. If u want to get admission in MBA it will be better to opt for BBA and then do ur MBA. It is ur own interest that in which master level course u want to do MBA. Now a days MBA (HR) and MBA (IB) are very common and these courses provide better job oriented opportunities to the students in India as well as abroad. If ur score is good then my advise to u is that u should opt for the top IIT's. Keep on watching the counseling schedule of the different colleges/universities. If u get admission that's good otherwise u can also get admission in the following institutes providing quality education and better placement services
