For the first year classes are scheduled from 9:30 am to 3:00pm. It is only in some trimesters in the second year that the classes go on to6pm on some days depending on the choice of electives and so the students don't come in at 9:30 am in the morning but come only at the time when their specialization subject is scheduled. This has been done to ensure we students are well prepared and equipped for being successful in the corporate life that lies ahead.
Rs.3000 is taken for retest so that it acts as a deterrent and ensures that students work hard and avoid the retest situation. In case students have missed the exam due to a genuine reason the fee is waived off.
The academic calendar is prepared at the beginning of the session and sufficient number of holidays that include Saturday, Sunday, and gazette holidays are provided. Yes Classes are of 90 minute duration like all reputed B-Schools. Regarding classes on Saturday, it is once in 3 months that such an eventuality is there on account of seminar or personality development workshop. Industry visits are also conducted but more important than that we have a huge interface with industry through seminars , summer internship training , BOP training and numerous live projects.
