Between ECE and ECE (SS) there is no difference in syllabus or course, rather the difference arises in fee structure. In ECE general course, you may get government scholarship and other facilities including any relaxations in fee structure, but in ECE (SS) course, here SS means Self Supporting, thereby in this course, you will not get any Government scholarship. And also, you will have to pay much higher fees than the General ECE course. In ECE (SS) course, only reserved category students I. e. OBC, SC and ST students can get some relaxation in fees.

To know if education is really the right career path for you, make sure you have an understanding of what makes a good teacher and that you have the skills and characteristics compatible with teaching. To be a good teacher, you must enjoy being around other people and interacting with them, especially young people. Teaching is a social job that involves constant interaction with others. Good teachers are also patient. If you lose your temper easily, a school setting may not be the right workplace for you. Teachers are flexible and good at quick decision-making. They should be able to make adjustments when things don't go exactly as pla

What is your HSC score? For getting admission in any engineering college you need HSC score and JEE or CET score. If your percentile (50% wattage to HSC score and 50% wattage to JEE or CET score) is above 90 or as you belong to reservations if your percentile is above 80 you will get admission in COEP in third round but to wait for round three is very risky and chances are also less like we can't say anything so, calculate your percentile and if you wish wait for second round. Also, if your branch is not decided and you are ready to take any branch in COEP then you have to fill all the branches in option form.
