Hello Varun,
It's very heartening to know of your desire to study further. It's also nice to know that you are interested in doing BA from distance learning mode. Good. You can study at your convenience while doing a job also. I would advise you to download the brochure cum application form of IGNOU. Go through it and you will be on way to obtain BA.
Best wishes.

One factor that usually makes an IIM interview difficult to prepare for as compared to a job interview is that they could ask you anything, from the origin of your name to the latest technologies pertaining to your field of study/work. The interview could be a stress interview (to see how candidates react to unusual circumstances under pressure), may test your knowledge in your field of study/work or just test your communication skills, your knowledge in current affairs and your intelligence. The interviewer could be looking for many things in a candidate. The level of knowledge, general awareness, academic competence, clarity of thoug

Here are tips on preparing for CAT-
1. Complete the basics | Revise the basics:By basics, we mean what should be able to solve every question given in the books without any problem. If you have already completed the material available to you, then move on to other books. We would recommend RS Agrawal for all topics. Once you have completed the basics, start the cycle of revising them all. You will definitely score more than 80 percentile in CAT if you have done the basics.
2. Sectional tests and exercises:Start taking sectional tests and time-based exercises. If you are unable to find any books with enough tests, then start using your c

Arihant is one of the best books for BBA preparation. You can also go for Pratiyogita Darpan. Basically, there are four sections in BBA-CET:
i. English Language & Comprehension
ii. General Awareness
iii. Logical and Analytical Ability
iv. Communication Aptitude
You will get most of your study material in these two books. One more thing- don't take tension.
All the very best for IPU CET.

In my opinion, SIMCAT is definitely the closest test series to CAT. However, there is an important thing to keep in mind- CAT is an unpredictable test.
Mock analysis is the most important part of the preparation. You take the mock only to get accustomed to the actual test interface, and to check your intellectual prowess. But the mock is not your actual test, so you ought to improve with every mock. You note your strengths and weaknesses, rectify your mistakes, check time spent on each question/passage/case let, check time spent by others, your accuracy, marks per minute and perhaps get a video solution to every question.
