Write those exams which ask for only a graduate degree. Such exams are UPSC, state PSC, etc. which are far more prestigious and honourable than temporary jobs offered after procedures like GD, PI, previous exam marks, etc. in not so good colleges like Narula.

The Board gives grace marks of upto 3 to students who are unable to secure the passing marks.

Students are advised to go through the CBSE 12th syllabus 2026 and study thoroughly for their exams. This way, they will definitely clear exams (by getting 33 marks) easily and will not need grace marks.

Hello,
With these scores, your composite score would be 70. 375. So at such a score, you can get BMS for sure but SSCBS is very difficult. And if previous year's scores were taken into consideration, then you will also not get KMV and DDU by just 0.4 marks. So you can expect KMV and DDU but SSCBS is very much difficult.
I hope this helps.

These are some of the ways you can score good marks in your CAT exam:
1. Temperature check app:
The most common question in the mind of most of the students is where to start! This temperature check app will help you analyze where you stand and how much improvement you need. Spend around 1 hour to 30 mins on this and at the end of it, you will get a clear picture of your performance.
2. Complete the basics | Revise the basics: By basics, we mean one should be able to solve every question given in the books without any problem. If you have already completed the material available to you, then move on to other books. We would recommend RS

Because of facts like in India, engineering employment rate is only around 14-17% including both corporate and government sectors, for which, everyone in India (youth) compete, which is around 60% of the total education system. So if you have the skill, caste and talent, you can prove yourself. Or there isn't even a faint glimmer of people getting a job in the prescribed field of engineering they're educated in. They end up doing IT with low packages such as 1.2-2.5 LPA or join some BPOs or become jobless and start blaming other graduates of (science, arts, management and commerce) for stealing their jobs.

After Diploma in mechanical engineering, you can take lateral entry in B.Tech but you cannot take admission in B.Sc. As it requires +2 in Science. I have completed Diploma. So, I am saying it from personal experience.
All the best.

Hi,
Talking about engineering, it is in demand in every industry in diverse forms, BBA is not that much diverse. But, that does not mean placement is not high. Number of students in engineering are high as compare to BBA. But, if you pursue BBA from top universities, like Amity University, GLA University, Lovely Professional University both domains have the good placements.
