VIT Bangalore offers Post Graduate Programmes in various specialisations in partnership with foreign universities. Tabulated below is the list of international partners:

Candidates must go through an admissions process in order to enrol at VIT Bangalore. The step-by-step process for applying to VIT Bangalore is described below:

Step 1: Go to the VIT Bangalore official website and create an account on the online application platform.

The UCEED 2024 exam will be conducted tentatively in the 4th week of January 2024. The exam will be administered in a center-based mode. Part A of the exam will be held online, whereas Part B will held in an offline-based mode.

The total tuition fee for Post Graduate Programme is INR 2.95 Lacs along with GST for the 1st year. For 2nd year, the fee depends upon the partner university. VIT Bangalore provides financial support to every student. Candidates can visit the official website and fill out the form to apply for an education loan.

The basic eligibility criteria to be fulfilled by the candidates is that the candidates should have a BE / BTech / M.Tech / Integrated M.Tech in any branch of Engineering or BCA / MCA / BSc / MSc in Computer Science or IT. Graduates should have a good academic standing. Interested candidates can visit the official website to apply for the course.

The PGPs offered by VIT-Bangalore are created in collaboration with foreign organisations. The students complete their master's degrees after spending the first year at VIT-Bangalore and the second year at affiliated institutions in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, or other nations.

If IIT Bombay conducts any mock tests for UCEED 2026 exam, it will be hosted online at uceed.iitb.ac.in. So, to take mock tests, candidate will have to go to the UCEED - IIT Bombay admission portal and click on mock test link. 

On clicking on the mock test link, a log-in window will open. It is likely that the log-in id will be prefilled. So, all you need to start the do is click on the log-in button to access the mock tests. After logging in, click on the “Start” tab to start the mock test.

VIT-Bangalore offers Post Graduate Programmes (PGP) in the latest technological areas. The programme uses a 1+1 Masters Overseas format for the course. The programme is offered in 6 specialisations. The specialisations are Artificial Intelligence, Data Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Business Analytics, Information Systems, and Computer and Information Science.

IIT Bombay will notify about any mock tests for UCEED on its official website. Also, there is unlikely that the candidate will have any option to ask any queries during the mock test, provided the mock test is conducted at all. The candidate simply will be able to take the mock test by following the mock test given on the UCEED admission portal.

The mock test will include questions similar to the ones that will be included in the actual exam. So, by taking the mock tests, the candidate will be able to finetune their preparation for the UCEED exam. 

Mock tests are meant to be taken in the last few weeks before the exam. Note that mock tests are not meant to help candidates master their problem-solving or even time-management skills. In fact, mock tests are held so that the candidate gets an exam-like ambiance and learn how to navigate the online exam. The candidate will also be able to fix silly or common errors by taking the mock test.

Sample papers are on the other hand, can be considered the backbone of the UCEED exam preparation process. By taking enough mock tests, the candidate will be able to develop their problem-solving and time-management abilities.

Mock tests are useful only when you take them closer to the exam. They are also by no means an integral part of one’s exam preparation in the early stages. When you are starting off your preparation and reach until the mid stage, all you need are test books, sample papers, and the notes you have taken. Once you have mastered the concepts and honed your problem-solving skills sufficiently, you can take the mock test. The mock tests at this stage will help you get acquainted with the exam process, especially the exam environment.

IIT Bombay generally doesn’t conduct any mock tests for the UCEED exam. However, if it does conduct any mock tests for the exam, it will include similar type of questions to the ones asked in the entrance exam. This means, the questions will be of the same difficulty level, and will cover the same topics. That being said the mock test may contain fewer number of questions that the actual exam.

By taking the mock tests, the candidate will be able to learn the navigation process and also give final touches to one’s UCEED preparation.

2.Make a habit of revising topics which are taught on daily basis.

IIT Bombay usually doesn’t conduct any mock tests for the UCEED exam. So, the candidate may take mock tests conducted for other entrance exams to prepare for UCEED 2026 exam. The candidate may note that in this case the mocks will help them understand how an online exam is administered and the navigation process. However, it is not an exact replica of how the UCEED 2026 exam will be conducted.

The mock tests are to be taken in the last few weeks before the UCEED exam. Avoid taking mock tests when you are starting preparation for the exam.

The dress code of college depends upon in which department of college you are studying.If you are pursuing B.Tech the dress code is blazer with light violet colour shirt, pant and a tie.If you have taken admission for marine engineering the dress code is peak cap on head, White shirt with Epaulettes (yellow strip on it shows the rank of a engineering officer ), Name tag, black pant, black shoes, black belt.You need not pay separately for uniform as it's fees are included in college fees.

The mock tests are meant to serve the following functions:

• The mock tests for UCEED may help the candidate get acquainted with the functionalities of the exam.  

• Given Part A of the UCEED exam will be conducted in online mode, the mock tests will help the candidate get familiar with the navigation process, say from one section to another. 

• By taking the mock tests, the candidate will learn about the types of questions asked in the actual exam. 

• Mock tests will also help the candidate get into exam mode, learn how to handle different situations, including exam pressure, etc.

IIT Bombay will conduct the UCEED 2025 exam tentatively in the 3rd week of January 2025. The mock tests, if any, will be conducted a few days before the entrance exam. Note that IIT Bombay typically doesn’t conduct any mock test for B.Des applicants. So, candidates are urged to keep visiting this space for any major update on mock tests for the UCEED 2025 exam.
